10 Sessions Module 9 Writing Your Business Plan
Creating and writing a business plan can be a real
challenge, particularly if you have never done one before. Writing a business plan allows you the opportunity to: Think clearly and specifically about your business,
what it does, and its niche in the market place. Put on paper what your business is all about. Allows you to organize the work you have completed in
developing and planning your business in the prior modules. Provide a written description of your business for
others. Give yourself a road map of where you have started
your business and where you plan to take it. It sets up specific goals for you to achieve through
your business. Finally, it is a means to create focus and
accountability for yourself regarding your business. I have provided a business outline you may use to create
and write your business plan. As you do so, you will find yourself thinking rather hard
about your business, sometimes feeling stumped. Do not worry, that is normal. What matters
is that you work these issues through to come up with solid ideas and plans of action. So,
you can start here, Business Plan Outline: The Business Plan The outline below is a basic business plan to help you to

would prefer to use that at least covers these areas feel free to use that. Remember, this is a start. You can always come back and
make changes to your plan as you see fit. In any case, when you have completed your
business plan, email it to your coach. Business Plan Outline- Part One 1.
