Business Success Coaching is a training program designed for you, the small business start up and owner looking to develop your business to the next level. As you may already know, business development creates growing pains.

You may know what you need to do, but you are having a hard time getting those things done. There are strategies and systems that need to be developed in order for you to take your business to the next level, and most need training to understand how to effectively use these strategies and develop those systems.

Our coaching programs will take you through a step-by-step process where we will assist you in identifying your business and marketing weaknesses through an assessment and variety of questions. We then design a training and coaching program around your specific and unique business and personal needs.

How Much Time Does It Take?

We will set up a day and time each week where your coach will call you for your coaching sessions and walk you step by step through what you need to know to make your business grow. Your coaching sessions will last approximately 30 minutes.

You and your coach will review information, your coach will give you assignments to do over the following week which will take approximately 10-15 hours each week to complete. Most sessions fall roughly on the same day and same time, with some room for flexibility as we know you are a busy business owner. There are goals set and action plans to systemize your business put into place, so it is imperative that the coaching stay on a time schedule, while moving you forward.

There are specific milestones of progress that your coach will identify and those milestones need to be met prior to taking you to the next step of the course.
